Manganum is a right sided medicine

Perspiration gives no relief.

Perspiration during anxiety.

Flushes of heat.

Pruritus of diabetes.

Skin festers about joints.

Weak, uncertain legs.

Digging in shin bones.

Blowing nose is painful.

Pale, sickly, mask-like face.

Flow of saliva, with colic, paralysis, etc.

Late or pale first menses.

Deafness r. ear, crackling on blowing nose; deafness in damp weather. Hearing, impaired, blowing nose ameliorates. Hearing, impaired, damp weather aggravates.

Ear, stopped sensation, blowing nose aggravates. Ear, pain, walking, in open air aggravates.  Itching in ear.

Otorrhoea with earache, pain shoots up from teeth to ear; the earache is worse after early dinner.

Tinnitus worse in a cold.  

Sore throats and unpleasant breath, tinnitus as of blood rushing fast through the ears.

Deafness worst in a noise.

Very sensitive bones. 

Painful, deep soreness; ears; bones; joints; skin. 

Diagonal pains.

Pains extend to ears from other parts.

Voice, rough, on going into open air.

Hoarseness, during coryza.

The bones are very sensitive; red spots on the skin, which are elevated, owing to the affections of the bones. Knees pain and itch.

Ankles are particularly affected; children may have this trouble and be unable to walk.

There are single nodes on the palate, bluish nodes on the skin; malignant ulcers with blue borders following slight injury.

The skin will not heal, slight scratches ulcerate.

Inflammation of bones and joints with insupportable nightly digging pains.

Itching in scrotum.

Anaemia (menses too frequent and too scanty in anaemic girls).

Menopause. Flushes of heat at climacteric.

Urine, sediment, violet coloured.

Burning, pain in urethra during urination.
