Its pains are erratic and electric-like.

Acts on lower tissues, muscles, bones and skin. 

मांसपेशियों पर, हड्डी और त्वचा पर काम करती है।

Sudden, lightning jerks in different parts of the body. 

शरीर के भिन्‍न-मिन्न भार्गों में एकाएक बिजली जेसे झटके |

Craving for tobacco. तम्बाकू  की प्रबल इच्छा ।

Burning in stomach. पेट में जलन ।

Parts of the body feel separated (Bapt). 

शरीर के अंग अलग-अलग हुए जान पड़ें ( बेप्टिशिया )

Fetid breath, urine, sweat.

साँस, मूत्र, पसीना दुर्गन्धित 

Head.--Feels as if skull would burst; as if head were separated from body. जान पड़े की भेजा फट जायगा, मानों सिर शरीर से अलग है।

Heat in head, especially in vertex. सिर में गरमी, खासकर सिर के ऊपरी भाग में 

Tongue coated on one side only (Rhus). Foul-smelling, ptyalism hot.

जबान पर एक ही तरफ मल (Rhus)। दुगन्धित, गरम लार। 

Sudden stitch in region of spleen.

Urine.--Thick, turbid, yellowish, like rotten eggs.

गाढ़ा, गँदला, पीला सड़े अण्डों की तरह 

Extremities.--Right toe swollen, painful. दाहिने पैर के अंगूठे में सूजन, दर्द  |

Pain shoots upward into abdomen and heart. यह दर्द  तेजी से (जैसे बन्दुक की गोली ), उदर की तरफ और ह्रदय  में जाता है। 

Rheumatic pains in thighs and knees. जाँघों ओर घुटनों में बात पीड़ा |

Cold feeling on buttocks. हिप्स  में ठण्डापन का अहसास  |

Shooting pains, shift rapidly worse, cold air. ये सूटिंग पेन -बन्दुक की गोली की तरह के दर्द -बहुत तेजी से जगह बदलते हैं ठण्डी हवा से तकलीफ़ बढ़ती है ।

Red rash in spots on legs in the evening. Itching. 

Sleep.--Entire inability to sleep; सोने से पूर्ण असमर्थता, रोगी बिलकुल सो नहीं पता 

sometimes caused by aching in bones. कभी-कभी हड्डियों की टीस के कारण  सो नहीं पा ता|Dreams, with nightmares. स्वप्न भयानक डरावने।  

Dreams of cats, black cats. बिल्ली के स्वप्न; काली बिल्लियाँ सपने में दिखाई देती हैं। 

Starting on falling to sleep with chilliness and clamminess. 

ठण्डक महसूस करना , त्वचा नम - जैसे ही नींद आती है चौंक कर  जग जाता है 

The gastric symptoms are < from alcohol; prostatorrhœa < from tobacco. Most symptoms are < evening and night. < While moon is on the wane. Pains are < from warmth of bed. Cold air < wandering gout. < From touch and pressure. Lying down < gouty pains; backache. Stooping or bending < pains in spinal cord. Walking < rheumatic pains in thighs.
