It is indicated in diseases associated with tumultuous action of the heart, with more or less pain and tenderness, often in symptoms associated with hypertrophy of the heart.

Lower the blood pressure, reduces the rate of the heart and increases the length of systole to a great degree. Passive hæmorrhages (Adrenaline 6x).

Head.--

Nosebleed.नकसीर । 

Eyes.--

Protrusion, pressing, outward, with tumultuous action of heart.बाहर की तरफ दबाव, आँखें --उभरी हुईं एवं तेज घड़कन। 

 Supraorbital pain, with aching in testicles.चक्षुगह्नर के ऊपरी भाग में दर्द , अण्डकोंष के टीसन के साथ |

Mouth.--

Toothache in lower molars.निचले चवर्ण दाँतों में दर्द । 

Heart.--Rapid heart action of smokers.धूम्रपान की आदत वार्लों के हृदय की तेज गति। 

Præcordial pain; constriction, tenderness, pulse weak, irregular, intermittent, tremulous, rapid. ह्रदय  के अगले भाग में दर्द, संकुचन, कोमलता , नाड़ी दुबंल, क्रमभ्रष्ट , रुक-रुक कर चले, कम्पन के साथ, तीव्र।

Cyanosis. रक्त में ऑक्सीजन की कमी के कारण  त्वचा का नीलापन| 

Heart's action tumultuous and forcible. ह्रदय की क्रिया  बहुत शोरगुल व बलयुक्त

Respiratory.--

Wheezing. साँय-साँय की आवाज |

Cough, with hæmoptysis, bleeding small but frequent.  खाँसी के साथ थूक में रक्त आता है; रक्त की मात्रा कम; किन्तु  बार-बार आता है ।

Urine.--

Profuse flow of limpid, watery urine, especially when the heart is most irritable; also scanty urine. अधिक मात्रा में साफ पारदर्शक पानी जेसा मूत्र, खासकर जब हृदयगति उत्तेजित हो, मूत्र कम मात्रा में भी।

Bladder feels distended when empty. मूत्राशय खाली होने पर तना हुआ मालूम  देता है 

Diabetes. मधुमेह 

Pain in testicles. अण्डकोष में दर्द ।

Rectum.--

Bleeding from rectum. मलाशथ से रक्तस्ताव |

Hæmorrhoids. बवासीर 

Sleep.--

Wakefulness and morbid vigilance with inordinately active, but weak circulation. असाधारण तीव्र , पर कमजोर  रक्त-संचार के साथ अनिद्रा और अस्वस्थ सतर्कता ।

Rheumatoid pains in various parts of the body, associated with either valvular disease of the heart, cough and hypertrophy, or with simple palpitation and various nervous symptoms.

Cardiac disease following rheumatic fever, with hacking cough, palpitation, dyspnoea, small, weak, irritable pulse, which intermits now and then.

Haemoptysis, with palpitation and pain in l. side of chest.

Feeble, irritable heart, with cold extremities and general nervousness.
