MAGNESIUM CARB को जब पेट  साफ करने अर्थात जुलाब के रूप में अधिक प्रयोग किया गया हो जो कोष्ठबद्धता उत्पन्न होती है उसमें Nux  Vomica से लाभ होता है

Dragging towards pelvis.पेड़ू की तरफ दबाव-खिंचाव जैसा मालूम पड़ना।  

Very heavy; contractive, pinching pain in right illiac region.बहुत भारीपन; दाहिने कोख में संकुचन-सिकुड़न, चुटकी काटने जैसा दर्द|

Stool.--Preceded by griping, colicky pain.

मल त्यागने से पहले ऐंठन जैसा पेट दर्द 

Green, watery, frothy, like a frog-pond's scum.

हरा, पानी जैसा, झागदांर, ताछाब की काई की तरहका मल| 

Bloody mucous stools.खूनी श्लैष्मिक मल| 

Milk passes undigested in nursing children.

दूध पीने वाले बच्चों में अनपचे दूध का मल 

Sour, with tenesmus (Rheum).

ऐंठन के साथ खट्टी गंध युक्त पाख़ाना(रियुम)। 

Constipation after mental shock or severe nervous strain. 

मानसिक-आघात या अत्यधिक-मानसिक-तनाव  से होने वाला कब्ज।

Female.--Sore throat before menses appear.

मासिक-धर्मं प्रारम्भ होने के पहले गले का प्रदाह| 

Before menses, coryza and nasal stoppage.

मासिक धर्म के पहले जुकाम और नाक बन्द होना | 

Menses too late and scanty, thick, dark, like pitch;

Respiratory.-- Tickling cough, with salty, bloody expectoration. खाँसी खून मिला नमक जैसे स्वाद वाला बलगम 

Constrictive pains in chest, with dyspnoea.

सीने में संकुचन जैसा दर्द, कष्ट के साथ साँस-फूलना| 

Soreness in chest during motion.

हरकत (हिलनेडुलने चलने फिरने) के समय सीने में वेदना। 

Extremities.--Tearing in shoulders as if dislocated.

कन्धों में फटन, जैसे कंधे की हड्डी ख़िसक गई हो।

Right shoulder painful, cannot raise it (Sang).

दाहिने  कन्धे का दर्द ऊपर न उठा सकना| (सेंग्वि०) 

Whole body feels tired and painful, especially legs and feet. 

सारा शरीर थका ओर वेदनापूर्ण जान पड़े, खासकर टाँगें ओर पैर

Swelling in bend of knee. घुटने के मोड़ में सूजन

Skin.--Earthy, sallow and parchment-like; 

त्वचा का मटियाला रंग , रक्तहीन और सूखी खाल की तरह

Emaciation. दुबलापन 

Itching vesicles on hands and fingers. 

हाँथ  और  अँगुलियों पर खाज वाले पानीभरे दाने 

Nodosities under skin. त्वचा के नीचे गुठलियाँ

Sore; sensitive to cold.घाव, ठण्ड से तकलीफ होना, ठंडक असह्य 

Fever.--Chilly in evening. शाम के समय सर्दी लगाना

Fever at night. रात में बुख़ार 

Sour, greasy perspiration.खट्टी गंध युक्त चिकना पसीना।

Sleep.--Unrefreshing; नींद से जगाने पर ताजगी न महसूस होना
