Head.--Bursting in head after stool, रैटनहिआ का  रोगी लेट्रिन जाता है मल त्यागता है - मल त्याग के बाद उसको सिर में फटने जैसा दर्द होता है 

and when sitting with head bent forward. जब रोगी सिर  को आगे की ओर  झुकाकर  बैठता है तब भी उसको सिर में फटने जैसा दर्द होता है 

Sensation as if scalp from nose to vertex were stretched. रोगी को ऐसा लगता है जैसे नाक से सिर के ऊपरी भाग तक की त्वचा को खींच दिया गया है 

Ratanhia, has toothache at night, compelling the patient to get up and walk about, this may occur during pregnancy.

Stomach.--Pain like knives cutting the stomach. आमाशय में दर्द जैसे चाकू से काटा जा रहा है 

Rectum.--Aches, as if full of broken glass. मलाशय  में दर्द मानो मलाशय टूटे कांच से भरा हो 

Anus aches and burns for hours after stool. मल त्यागने के घण्टों बाद तक गुदा में पीड़ा और जलन 

Feels constricted. रोगी को  ऐसा लगता है जैसे गुदा सिकुड़ गई हो 

Dry heat at anus, with sudden knife-like stitches. गुदा में सूखापन और गर्मी के साथ एकाएक चाकू चुभने जैसा दर्द 

Stools must be forced with great effort; बहुत प्रयास करने पर मल त्याग पाता है

Analogue to Lycopod.
