Glycosuria अर्थात पेशाब में सुगर आना,  Diabetes की बीमारी, कभी ठीक नहीं होती, ऐसा विश्वास किया जाता है, किन्तु यह निराधार तथा भ्रामक है, और सत्य नहीं है

When to use SECALE COR in Glycosuria:

SECALE COR.— 

Great  general  lassitude.

Heaviness  of  limbs.

Loss  of strength.

Emaciation.

Gangrene.

Skin  dry  and  withered.

Furuncles; petechiae.

Fever,  with  unquenchable  thirst.

Diminished  power  of  the genses.

Dryness  of  the  mouth.

Morbidly  great  appetite.

Cardialgia ;  costiveness ;  diarrhoea.

Watery  urine ;  increased  quantity  of  urine.

आइये जाने medicine SECALE COR के कुछ अन्य महत्वपूर्ण लक्षण 

Anus and Stool: Cholera infantum; great debility; vomiting and diarrhoea; much thirst; pale face; sunken eyes; dry heat; quick pulse; restless and sleepless, don’t want to be covered.

Female Sexual Organs: Strong tendency to putrescence, with tingling in the limbs and great debility. Passive haemorrhage; every thing seems too open and loose; no action in thin scrawny women. Labor pains are weak, suppressed, or distressing in weak cachetic women. Copious flow of black liquid blood, aggravation from slightest movement, with convulsive motions (abortion). Labor; the pain is much prolonged, as if pressing and forcing the uterus, especially in thin, scrawny, cachetic women.

Neck and Back: Tingling in the back which is numb, extending to the fingers and toes.

Extremities: Limbs become pale, cold and shrivelled, or cold and lead colored, loosing all sensibility. Numbness, insensibility, and coldness of limbs, especially tips of fingers and toes.

Chill, Fever, and Sweat: Greatly objective coldness, but greatly aggravated by covering.

Skin: Sensation of something creeping under the skin.

Generalities: Particularly useful in tall, scrawny women of lax muscular fibre, feeble, cachetic, or very old decrepit persons.

Causes and Modalities: Heat applied to any part of the body aggravates his pains; extreme aversion to being covered.Worse from warmth, even when the affected parts are cold to the touch; wants them uncovered.

Constitution and Temperament: Women of thin, scrawny, feeble, cachetic appearance, lax muscular fibre, everything seems loose and open, vessels flabby, passive haemorrhages.
