AETHUSA CYNAPIUM: A drawn condition beginning at the alae nasi and extending to the angle of the mouth, giving the face an expression of great anxiety and pain.
AGARICUS MUSCARIUS: Twitching of facial muscles and eyelids. Redness and itching; burning as if from chilblains.
ANTIMONIUM CRUDUM: Suppurating and long-lasting eruptions on cheeks.
APIS MELLIFICA: Oedema of the face; eyelids puffed, feel stiff. Erysipelas, face intensely red and hot, or only pink, puffy shining; either sore to touch or stinging pains.
ARSENICUM ALBUM: Face deathly pale; pale, yellow, cachetic look; swollen, sunken, covered with cold sweat; hippocratic.
ARUM TRIPHYLLUM: Corners of mouth sore, cracked and bleeding; bores and picks at them until they bleed.
BAPTISIA TINCTORIA: Face flushed, dusky, hot; dark red with besotted expression.
CARBO VEGETABILIS: Face very pale, grayish yellow color; hippocratic.
CHELIDONIUM MAJUS: Yellow color of the face, especially of forehead, nose, cheeks, and whites of the eyes.
CHINA OFFICINALIS: Periodical prosopalgia, pains excessive; skin sensitive to touch, mostly infra-orbital and maxillary branches. Face pale, sunken, pinched, eyes sunken and surrounded by blue margins.
FERRUM METALLICUM: Face becomes suddenly fiery red, with vertigo, ringing in the ears, great palpitation of the heart, and dyspnoea. The least emotion produces a red face. Ashy pale or greenish face; with pains and other symptoms the face becomes fiery red.
HEPAR SULPHUR: Boils or pimples on face, lips, chin, or neck; very painful to touch.
IGNATIA AMARA: Sweats on the face while eating.
OPIUM: Face bloated, dark red, and hot; features distorted; lower lip and jaw hanging down.
PHOSPHORUS: Oedema of the face, especially of lids and around the eyes.
PLATINUM METALLICUM: Sensation of coldness, crawling and numbness in the right side of the face.
RHUS TOXICODENDRON: Vesicular eruptions of the face, with much burning, smarting, and tingling.
SANGUINARIA CANADENSIS: Circumscribed redness of one or both cheeks; cheeks livid (in typhoid, pneumonia).
SEPIA OFFICINALIS: Yellow spots (moth spots) in the face, and a yellow saddle across the upper part of the cheeks and nose.
SPIGELIA ANTHELMIA: Prosopalgia, left-sided; tearing, shooting, burning pains, especially in cheek bones, lower jaw, about eyebrows and in the eyeball; periodical from morning until sunset; worse at noon, noise or motion.
SULPHUR: Very red lips, particularly with children.
VERATRUM ALBUM: While in bed face is red, after getting up it becomes pale.
Dose: 6, 12, 30 potency (1 drop in 10ml water three times a day or as advised by your doctor)
